IS THIS FOR ME?
To participate, you’ll need to be comfortable signing a full model release, which allows me to share your images while you continue to hold full rights to them. This release is what makes it possible to offer such a discounted experience. Your images will help showcase the energy and inclusivity Head to Curve embodies while highlighting the beauty of the new studio; so this opportunity is reserved for serious, committed clients who are ready to show up and shine. If signing a release isn’t the right fit for you, no worries! You can still book a regular session at the standard rate, where your comfort and preferences always come first 💕
How does everything work?
Apply, and I’ll get back to you within 24 hours. Once approved, I’ll send your invoice for the retainer (or full amount if using Afterpay) and we’ll lock in a date. After booking, you’ll get a confirmation email with studio info, helpful links, and your contract // pre-session questionnaire.
What’s a full release and why's it required?
A model release gives me permission to share your images, videos, and behind-the-scenes content online. You’ll still keep full rights to your photos. This release is what makes it possible to offer the session at a discounted rate. If you are not comfortable signing a release, this Model Call won't be the right opportunity for you.
Can I bring my own outfits?
Absolutely! I encourage folks applying to considering bringing at least 2 favorite pieces from home, and I’ll help style them for the shoot. You can also have me pull pieces from the Curve Closet, which has size-inclusive lingerie and accessories in sizes 6X–Small.
How do I pay for my session?
A non-refundable retainer of $150 secures your session date. The remaining balance will be due 48 hours before your session unless you choose Afterpay, which lets you split your total into interest-free payments. Bonus: Afterpay clients receive a mini album with their favorite images 💕
Is modeling experience required?
NOT AT ALL! Whether it’s your first time in front of the camera or you’ve worked with me before, I’ll be guiding you every step of the way. All you need to do is show up and shine ✨
How long will the session be?
I tell clients to plan on being in the studio for 1.5-2 hours. This will give us enough time to photograph at least 3 outfits and chat throughout without us feeling rushed.
Can I apply if I already have a session booked?
This Model Call is for new dates only and isn’t transferrable. If we’ve worked together before and you don’t currently have a session booked, you’re definitely welcomed to apply again!
What if I need to reschedule?
To make the most of this limited Model Call opportunity, it’s important that clients are committed to their scheduled date. If you need to move your session, you have up to 48 hours from the time your retainer is paid to request a new date. After that, the retainer is non-refundable, and your session is locked in. Rescheduling is always subject to studio availability, and I ask that you only book if you’re confident you can attend. These sessions are limited, and I genuinely want to make sure every date is honored!
